Rev. Katrina Grusell

Greetings from the Rector

On behalf of the parishioners and staff, I welcome you to the Church of the Holy Apostles. It is our hope that you join us for worship and enter into our Christian community. Together, we seek to know God more deeply, share the Good News of Jesus Christ, and respond in love to the needs of others.

The families and individuals who make up the congregation of Holy Apostles represent a broad cross-section of American life. While grounded in the Arbutus community, many parishioners live and work in other Maryland counties and communities. We are conveniently located next to the 695 Beltway. Our location, combined with our reverent and joyful worship, attract a wide variety of people.

We consider ourselves a sacred community that embraces all. This means that we are an intergenerational congregation that values the spiritual needs of everyone. Families with children, professional singles, retired people--all worship, learn and grow in Christ together.

Please join us for worship as we seek to know God and make God known in the world. If you have questions about our parish that are not answered on this web site, call the office (410-242-5477) and speak to me or our administrative assistant, Donna Valentine. I hope that you visit us and find a spiritual home at the Church of the Holy Apostles. I look forward to meeting you.

The Reverend Katrina L. Grusell, Rector
